Warranty Coverage

We are committed to providing high-quality electronic locks that meet your security needs. Our products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your electronic lock will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

What is Covered:

  • Mechanical Components: Any defects in the mechanical parts of the lock.
  • Electrical Components: Issues with the lock’s electronics, including malfunctions due to internal defects.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or any modification of the product.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, accidents, or external factors such as weather, water damage, or power surges.
  • Batteries or any issues resulting from incorrect battery usage.

Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, we will either:

Limitations

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

This 2-year limited warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
